A compact wheeled chocolate machine 20 kg (aka food warmer / aka tempering bowl) is a great solution for a desktop chocolate making factory.
Features:
Heating elements inside the bath are evenly placed along all 4 walls and bottom.
Such a solution ensures steady heating of the chocolate. No risk of burning chocolate at all, because the temperature controller won’t allow the walls to heat up above 50°C.
Removable wheeled mixer.
In the case of increase in production, the wheeled machine in 2 minutes turns into a bowl for maintaining 20 kg of chocolate in a liquid state for continuous production.

Vibrating table for chocolate candies
Vibrating table is a great addition to the wheeled chocolate molding machine. It has 2 horizontal surfaces: latticed and plain. The latticed one can be installed above the bowl with chocolate, which simplifies the mold tapping while making candy shells. The other plain surface can be used for chocolate molds to remove air bubbles from the chocolate.

Incubator for cocoa butter crystals (Easy tempering machine)
Meet the upd ated model of KADZAMA equipment — Incubator for cocoa butter crystals 2023 (NEW).
The incubator is used to produce «silk» — perfectly crystallized cocoa butter in the special paste consistency. Cocoa butter silk is the purest form of crystals, which we create while tempering chocolate.
Usage of «silk« is very convenient, especially for fast tempering of the small chocolate batches. Just fill the incubator with cocoa butter and keep it at the stable temperature of 32.7ºC.
The heart of the Incubator is a stainless steel container heated to a certain temperature. You can use either solid cocoa butter or warm untempered one. Se t a stable temperature and leave it for 12-24 hours (or more) until the magic happens and the cocoa butter will turn into a thick paste — ideal for adding to the product. Use pastry bags for more convenient work or in case of the need for partial loading.

Chocolate tempering bowl (mini)
Chocolate tempering bowl (mini) is a full-fledged device for warming & tempering chocolate and keeping it at working temperature.
Made of stainless steel. Infrared heating elements, evenly placed over the entire inner surface area (bottom and 4 walls), provide smooth and economical heating. This allows you to keep chocolate in working condition for a long time.
One of the important advantages of this device is the ability to use additional removable gastro containers GN ⅓ (325 х 176 х 150 mm) for the different types of chocolate. This excludes the need for regular pouring of chocolate and cleaning up the equipment, providing maximum ease and comfort in work. Built-in GN container is not removed.
Maximum chocolate loading capacity: 5 kg. No minimum load limit.
